The district clerk can provide service of process via certified mail, return receipt requested for $100. If you would like for Parker County Constable or Sheriff’s Office to serve process, you will need to make arrangements for service and payments with that office.District Clerk

If a lawsuit has been filed against you for delinquent taxes, you may pay the court costs at the District Clerk’s Office. Contact the District Clerk at 817-598-6114.District Clerk
To pay the balance of outstanding taxes, contact the Parker County Appraisal District at 817-596-0077. -

The filing fee is $350.00. There is an additional fee of $25.00 per entity if the email address for each entity is not provided.
If you would like a certified copy of your order of expunction, the cost is $1.00/page plus a $5.00 certification fee.
Practice tip: the court coordinators set the hearings and prefer to receive a separate proposed notice or proposed order setting hearing.

You may check your court costs balance on our Judicial Record Search website. Also, when we receive a payment by mail, we will mail a receipt to the address we have on file. Your receipt shows the case balance.District Clerk

The defendant or person who deposited the cash bail bond needs to complete the proper paperwork and present it to the judge. Once the judge signs the order, granting release of the bond, the District Clerk will provide a check to the person ordered to receive the money.District Clerk

You may request copies in person or by mail. Please provide as much information as possible so that we know which documents you are requesting (our Judicial Record Search website may help). If you are sending a request by mail please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. There is a $5.00 research fee if the clerk must locate the cause number or ascertain the existence of a document in a file. Copies are $1.00/page, certified or uncertified.District Clerk
