RECORDING OF MARKS AND BRANDS 

Senate Bill 503 establishes the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) as the new statewide digital registry for all mark and brand applications beginning September 1st, 2025. TAHC expects to have the new digital registry site operational by end of year 2026. Until this new site is available, all marks and brands will need to be registered using the application form provided below. Please read the instructions for registering online prior to filling out the form.
